12. If I cancel my on line booking, can I have my deposit back?

You should check the booking policy of the relervant website company before you make any booking. Most of these companies providing booking service on the internet through which you make any booking will take a 10% deposit which is normally non-refundable. You can, however, book directly with us by email or phone and you don't have to leave any deposit, which means you could cancell your booking without loosing your deposit. But to have your booking secured and effective reconfirmation is required by either email or phone call minimun two days before your arrival.
